1. With your device connected to the PC, if the details pane is not open, click Show Details.
2. Double-click E-mail.
3. Click Select Folders.
4. Select the folders that you want to synchronize.

Notes

• Synchronizing subfolders is supported only on Windows Powered Pocket PC 2002 and later and Windows Powered Smartphone 2002 and later.
• ActiveSync does not support synchronizing Contacts or Calendar subfolders.
• The Inbox folder always synchronizes by default.
• The Deleted items folder synchronizes only one direction, from the device to the PC. Items in the Deleted Items folder on your PC will not appear on your device.
